Introduction
CancerSEA-X is a comprehensive cancer single-cell state resource, systematically characterizing 156 distinct cell states across malignant, immune, and stromal cells. By analyzing 239 scRNA-seq datasets covering 32 cancer types, it provides a pan-cancer tumor microenvironment(TME) cell state atlas.
Features
- 1. TME Cell State
Exploration
- Covers 25 cancer cell states, 105 immune cell states, and 26 stromal cell states
- Enables one-stop query and download of signature genes and functional activity spectrum for cell states
- 2. Bidirectional State-Gene
Search
- Select a cell state: Obtain a list of genes significantly correlated with the state in a specific cancer type
- Input a gene: Retrieve significantly correlated cell states in a specific cancer type and detailed correlation information
- 3. Cross-cell-type State-Gene
Network
- Visualize functional associations between cell states and genes
- Supports interactive exploration of key cell state(s) and gene(s)
